The Air Force Research Laboratory has awarded Intelligent Software Solutions (www.issinc.com) a $21 million dollar task on their Secure Information Access Analysis and Dissemination contract vehicle. Through the SIAAD vehicle, ISS provides products and services to a wide range of government customers ranging from the Air Force and Army, to various other DoD and government entities.
The initial funding from the Army awarded to ISS on the task totals $7 million dollars. Work on this task will provide ongoing mission critical support of military operations in support
of OEF and OIF. According to Carl Houghton, ISS Vice President Strategic Planning, "We are excited about the government's continued selection of ISS as a contractor of choice in
supporting our troops in harms way. This award will allow us to not only greatly enhance our tools capabilities but to provide them to a much broader user base across Iraq and
Afghanistan."
