Representatives from both Roni Deutch Tax Center (RDTC) and Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation attended Mayor Kevin Johnson'ss State of the City Address on February 25, 2009. The mayor'ss address was largely optimistic, calling for collaboration from the business community in getting through difficult economic times.

As members of the Sacramento business community, it'ss crucial to understand the new mayor'ss plans, and to make our business needs heard, notes Larry Miramontes, Vice President of Marketing for RDTC. It was heartening to see Mayor Johnson'ss dedication to this community. As a former athlete myself, I really identify with Mayor Kevin Johnson'ss competitive spirit and hope it will serve Sacramento well, said Roni Deutch. I think he had the right message, that attitude and perspective will determine how our city develops. That'ss how I'sve run my businesses and made them successful: attitude and perspective. Well, that and tireless work.
