CampusTours GroundWork Design Win 7th Adobe Site of the Day AwardCollege...

GroundWork Design, Inc., a Richmond, VA based rich media technology development firm, announced that its industry partner, CampusTours, Inc. received the Adobe Site of the Day Award for their joint effort on the College of Saint Benedict--Saint John'ss University (CSB-SJU) virtual tour. CampusTours partnered with GroundWork Design to create the interactive marketing application for CSB-SJU, as it has done with numerous other higher education marketing applications, most of which are similar to the capabilities of CSB-SJU'ss tour. This is the 7th Adobe Site of the Day Award received based on GroundWork'ss technology.

Targeted to help prospective students and parents better understand the unique nature of CSB-SJU'ss educational value, the application features interactive video sections and a multi-campus interactive map. Each of these features are cross-connected to provide a deeper user experience.

CSB-SJU'ss virtual tour was built on rich media technologies GroundWork has developed for use in education, historical sites, museums, recreation facilities, non-profits, and small business; which are all content-managed and geared towards multiple levels of knowledge sharing.

GroundWork Design and CampusTours share an exclusive partnership in the higher education industry to help institutions attract best fit students. Increasingly these applications have featured more topical commentary by students, faculty, staff, and alumni to help provide a first-hand perspective on the value of an institution as well as media-rich views into departments and programs.
