Learn the basics of meditation: what it is and how to do it. This 2.5 hour class is taught in a private studio in Sedona or in your home or office in Arizona.

Primordial Sound Meditation Workshops

Learn the signature technique made popular by Deepak Chopra. This full-day program is taught in Sedona and Scottsdale or privately. Classes available monthly.

Perfect Health Consultations

This mind-body health program will help you discover health and healing using Ayurveda. You'll also learn a meditation technique to help you attain perfect balance.

Meditation Intensive Retreats

Schedule a personal retreat to help you rejuvenate and discover your bliss. Or join one of these upcoming Sedona retreats: Meditation & Writing, a creativity retreat in March; Sedona Meditation Intensives in May and October.
