May 11, 2005 -- Black Health Solutions (BHS) is an innovative health and wellness company with a product line of vitamins and nutritional supplements designed to help meet the health
needs of African Americans.
"Vitamins and nutritional supplements are an excellent way to receive the important nutrients your body needs. And, for African Americans this is especially important if you suffer from
high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or poor nutrition", says Dr. Ken Brown, Medical Advisory Board Chairman for Black Health Solutions.
BHS is launching a distributor program on its website at www.blackhealthsolutions.net. The program offers people a way to
earn additional income by selling BHS health products to family, friends, colleagues and the general public. The program is not multi-level marketing.
"Since the launch of our company in November 2004, we have received a tremendous positive response from the Black community supporting our efforts and wanting to know how they can get
more information and get involved. The distributor network is our answer to that", says Barry Williams, President of BHS.
The BHS Distributor Program also provides the opportunity to help support the black community. Black Health Solutions donates 5% of its net profits to African American non-profit
organizations and foundations such as the NAACP, United Negro College Fund, the Tom Joyner Foundation and others.
"By becoming a distributor with us, you can help people improve their health and give back to the community", Mr. Williams added. "We are very proud to help educate others about health
and nutritional issues. And, we will provide the necessary resources for our distributors to be hugely successful in this endeavor".
Black Health Solutions is also currently looking for medical doctors, nutritionists and dieticians to serve as advisors in local communities, and to serve on its national Medical Advisory
Board.
"These individuals will provide us with invaluable expertise and insight into medical trends and strategies to reach patients of color. This outreach is critical as we move forward in a
country where almost a third of our people are obese," Dr. Brown stated.
Black Health Solutions' product line was launched in November 2004 under the name of Core Essentials Nutrition. The company is currently in the process of dropping the Core Essentials
Nutrition title and unifying all of its products under the name of Black Health Solutions.
