Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c23983) has announced the addition of Teen Focus: Health and Eating-Related Trends to their offering

This latest study explores teens' attitudes and behaviors about health and food. It touches upon weight-related issues, exercise habits, favorite foods and factors motivating trial of new foods and beverages, and ideas for new products. In addition to reporting findings for all teens surveyed, significant differences between teens by gender, age and ethnicity are noted as well.

The study was based on a survey of teens focusing on their attitudes and behaviors about health, exercise, nutrition, and food. Over 500 teens between the ages of 13 and 19 participated in this online survey.

Some of the surprising findings: one of teens' favorite snacks is fruit; bottled water is by far the most popular beverage among teens; and nearly half of teens claim to have changed their eating habits over the past year.
