Two Exciting New Treatments Offered at Canadas Top Spa



Ste. Anne's Spa is adding two enticing new treatments to its spa menu this season. One smoothes and enhances facial skin, visibly reducing fine lines and the other features energy work, meditation and massage. Both are soothing and revitalizing, promoting a sense of well-being.



The Green Science Customized Facial, which makes use of Aveda's innovative and powerful plant technology, was specifically designed for mature skin. The active ingredients in this treatment are Cactus, argan oil, and plai, a medicinal plant from Thailand, which repairs and lifts, regenerating the skin, reducing lines and wrinkles. Just one facial treatment leaves the skin noticeably smoother and plumper improving tone clarity. Like all Aveda treatments, this one features high touch skin therapy. It is highly moisturizing and can easily be customized to focus on areas that are most in need of attention. Give your skin a healthy dose of moisture as you begin the new season.



The second new treatment, the Chakra Balancing Massage, makes use of various massage techniques and includes an inner journey: chakra cards are selected to set the intention of the treatment. Energy work, a scalp massage, and foot reflexology movements follow a slow, soothing back massage. Aromatherapy misting is also used in this treatment, which creates a deeply relaxing experience. "It's about zoning in rather than zoning out," explains Ste. Anne's Spa Manager Natalie Kellar. The session ends with a guided meditation that will increase your energy enabling you to maintain your focus and inner peace after leaving the treatment room.
