LivHOME Acquires AngelCare Services
The purchase strengthens LivHOME's Southern California presence, providing continuous market coverage from Los Angeles to San Diego County. AngelCare Services has provided home care to seniors in the Long Beach area since 2003.
"Our purchase of AngelCare Services represents another important step in LivHOME's nationwide expansion and our first acquisition of the New Year. LivHOME experienced strong growth in 2007, including four acquisitions that significantly expanded our reach. The acquisition of AngelCare Services further solidifies our home market in Southern California, creating a seamless footprint from Los Angeles through San Diego County," said Mike Nicholson, LivHOME's chief executive officer.
In 2007, LivHOME acquired Jackson Care Management (Houston, TX), Chicagoland Caregivers (Chicago, IL), Heritage Homecare Services (Riverside, CA) and Care at Home (Walnut Creek, CA).
