KoolTrax Mobile Helps Companies Work With New Corporate Manslaughter...

On April 6th new corporate manslaughter laws come into effect in the UK. Systems that help employers locate their employees, and provide "man-down", boundary and panic alarms (http://www.bluetreeservices.co.uk/loneWorkersUK.php4) are helping companies to prove their compliance.

The new law means that a failure of any organisation with regard to its duty of care for a staff member or related worker which results in the death of that worker, can result in the employing company being found guilty of corporate manslaughter.

KoolTrax Mobile is software that allows employers to see where employees are in real-time, using their mobile phone. The employee can also "clock-in" and "clock-out" remotely. A record is kept of all movements with date, time and position data for referencing purposes.
