Donor Dialogue (http://www.donordialogue.com/index.html), leaders in blood donor recruitment and software solutions, has announced results for the first year of its Donor Relationship Management software (http://www.donordialogue.com/drm.html) implementation for Bonfils Blood Center in Denver, CO.
Implemented on March 19, 2007, the DRM program for Bonfils has outperformed initial expectations for both DRM users and donors as well. 330 users made 220,100 appointments via Donor
Dialogue's DRM solution. A total of 800 marketing campaigns were created and executed. Over 800 liaisons were set up to schedule mobile drive appointments. To track the success of their
marketing efforts, DRM users created 77 custom reports. The DRM surpassed benchmarks for donor usage as well. Over 10,000 donors registered into the system online, and scheduled over
25,000 appointments directly.

In February 2008, Phase 2 enhancements to the DRM solution further simplified appointment scheduling, improved contact reminder preferences, introduced Wait List options for filled
schedules, and enriched screen layouts.
