QHR Associate Named Chair of Kentucky Hospital Association Board ofTrustees



Terry Peeples, CEO of Jennie Stuart Medical Center (http://www.jsmc.org) in Hopkinsville, Ky. and a 22-year veteran of Quorum Health Resources (http://www.qhr.com) (QHR), the nation'ss largest hospital management company, was recently appointed chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Kentucky Hospital Association. Peeples, a long-time and active participant in the association, was sworn in June 11 and officially began his one-year term on July 1.



Terry is a proven leader, who has done great things for Jennie Stuart Medical Center and countless other Kentucky hospitals, said QHR President and CEO James L. Horrar. His willingness to serve as a voice for hospitals big and small is commendable. We'sre proud he'ss a part of the QHR family.



In addition to serving as CEO of Jennie Stuart Medical Center since October 1995, Peeples has played an active role in the Hopkinsville community. He has served as chair of the Hopkinsville-Christian County Chamber of Commerce, Hopkinsville'ss United Way Campaign and its American Heart Association Heart Walk.
