Pro Mujer Celebrates Service to Over 1 Million Women and Their Families at New York City Nov. 16 Benefit



Pro Mujer (www.promujer.org), a non-profit microfinance organization dedicated to helping Latin America's8217;s poorest women help themselves through micro-credit, business training and health care linkages announced today its November 16, 2006 benefit celebration at the Consulate General of Argentina commencing at 6:30 pm.

Actors Benjamin Bratt, Talisa Soto and Robert and Luciana Duvall lend their support of Pro Mujer's8217;s achievements in improving the lives of over 1 million women and their families throughout Latin America over the last sixteen years.

Co-Chairs, Gail Landis, a Co-founder of Evercore Asset Management, Maria Richter and Nicolas Aguzin, JPMorgan's8217;s Head of Investment Banking for Latin America and 300 guests will salute honoree Susana de la Puente, Vice Chairman of Investment Banking for Latin America, for her role along with the JPMorgan Chase Foundation's8217;s support of economic development and the empowerment of women in Latin America.

Rebecca Gomez, business correspondent, FOX News Channel will serve as MC for the evening. Corporate contributors include: JPMorgan Chase, American International Group (AIG), Bessemer Trust, Continental Airlines, Goldman Sachs & Co., Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Standard & Poors, among others.
