Promos4Digiscrappers 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Mega Kit Fundraiser

The digital scrapbooking designers of Promos4Digiscrappers are proud to announce BCA 2.0: Celebrating the Spirit of Women. This project is the group s 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Mega Kit, to be released Saturday, October 15th.



The fundraiser will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation. 100% of proceeds (excluding Paypal fees) will be donated to the organization.



P4D sponsors Mega Kit fundraisers several times a year to help selected charities. Designers work with a theme and specific color swatch, and each designer/site team creates digital scrapbooking elements using the theme and swatch. Designers can interpret this theme in any way they are inspired, resulting in creative and unique elements.



Those who donate $10 to the Komen Foundation via PayPal.com will have access to a specific online gallery where they can download the mega kit. The download gallery will be housed in the members only area at http://www.promos4digiscrappers.com. Fundraising contributors must be a registered member of the P4D website to access this gallery, after they have made their donations.



Fundraising contributors will also have the option of accessing the mega kit in an all-in-one BitTorrent download. This method is significantly faster and more efficient than a traditional http or ftp download. Contributors can also choose to have a DVD of the files sent to their home.



Since their inception in 2004, Promos4Digiscrappers has been creating digital scrapbooking Mega Kits for charity. These kits have included the work of over 280 designers representing over 130 websites all over the world.To date, P4D members have raised over $10,000 for charity.



Fundraiser coordinators hope to raise $5000 for the Komen Foundation. The fundraiser will run October 15-November 15, 2005.

P4D coordinators are looking for a few people with breast cancer stories (yourself, or a friend/family member with Breast Cancer). Some digital scrapbooking designers want to donate layouts for you, and share those layouts with site visitors and in the gallery.



Matching funds sponsor

P4D coordinators are searching for a company who would like to match contribution funds. They would like to send matching funds to Katrina Relief.
