INSINC Appoints Garry Welch as Chief Executive Officer



INSINC (http://www.insinc.com) today announced that Garry Welch has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Garry will focus on accelerating the growth of the company and increase the company 's expansion into the U.S. market.

Mr. Welch brings extensive experience in business development and leading edge video and conferencing technologies. Most recently Garry was the CEO of Path Broadband, a last mile wireless broadband Internet service provider, and COO of Streamlogics, a Toronto online event company. He also serves on the board of advisors for ViVotech, a mobile commerce technology company.

Prior to Path Broadband, Garry played key rolls in starting several different new business ventures. He was Senior VP at Activate, a Seattle based pioneer in streaming media, acquired by CMGi. Before pursuing new business ventures, his career spanned more than 25 years with McCaw Cellular as Vice President, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and General Electric.

Mr. Welch received a B.S. in Mathematics and in Industrial Technology from Missouri State University, completed an MBA at the University of Santa Clara University/SMU and completed the Strategic Marketing Management Program at the Harvard University Business School.

Garry was the past Chairman and Trustee for the Seattle ArtsFund, supporting over 60 arts groups throughout the Puget Sound Region.
