Evers Co. Real Estate Welcomes Six Seasoned Agents



Evers and Co. (www.eversco.com), the largest woman-owned-and-run residential real estate firm in the Washington, D.C. area, recently welcomed six seasoned agents to its team of more than 60 licensed professionals.



Husband and wife team Delia McCormick and John Gregory have a combined 19 years of experience and primarily serve sellers and buyers in Northwest D.C., Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville, Gaithersburg and Silver Spring, Md. They are ranked among to the top 1 percent of agents nationwide and among the top agents in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in terms of sales volume, which has exceeded $60 million in the past three years.



Father and son pair Geoffrey Clopton, Jr. and Sr. also joined Evers 's38; Co. with longstanding DC-area roots and industry experience. Licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia, the duo'ss market knowledge extends from Capitol Hill to Old Town Alexandria, to Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, and everywhere in between. Clopton Jr. has sold homes in all price ranges from $99,000 one bedroom condos to $5.5 million estates. He is the past chairman and current member of the community service arm of The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), a GCAAR board member, and committee member of REALTORS's174; Political Action Committee (RPAC).



Partner agents Lucinda Treat and Penny Mallory joined Evers 's38; Co. from Randall Hagner 's38; Co, where they spent more than a decade producing standout results including highest production in 2003. Specializing in the luxury residential market, the team focuses on professionalism and client service that delivers. A former board member of the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors, Treat also has served on several Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors committees. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which only 5 percent of realtors have achieved.
