Home and Bedroom has a little advice for this year's remaining presidential candidates: A good night's sleep can be had by Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain if they match their bed style to their unique personality traits. Home and Bedroom Furniture spokesperson Ben Weissman has done a little investigative research and uncovered the bed type that may be most comfortable for each of the 2008 presidential front runners.
Appearing combative on the "The Today Show" earlier this year, Hillary Clinton responded to attacks from rival Barack Obama saying "she'd rather keep the race for the Democratic
presidential nomination focused on the issues." Adding that "she tries not to attack first she does have a good counter punch.'" This forceful streak of Hillary's may not be news to
former President Bill Clinton who has to share a bed with her. But this seasoned Democratic couple might want to consider the safety of Bunk Beds for the remainder of the campaign. And
while Bill might sleep above his wife or below her, bunk beds will safely put him out of the reach of her vicious upper cuts. Of course, if Slick Willy oversteps his bounds, he may find
himself in the living room on a Daybed (http://www.home-and-bedroom.com/daybeds.html), or in the kitchen on a Dog Bed.
Barack Obama, on the other hand, in an effort to take down the "first First Lady to wear pants,"has stuck to a strong Platform for change. He's tirelessly committed not only to giving
money back to the Middle Class, but also wants to undo the damage done by the Bush Administration. To that end, he seems best suited to a strong Platform Bed (http://www.home-and-bedroom.com/beds-platform-beds.html). This will certainly give him a well supported party line that will
be hard to stray from. However, since his wife and bed fellow, Michelle Obama is a brilliant and successful lawyer, he might end up having to share a Queen Sized Bed whether he likes it
or not.
On the Republican front, John McCain has the Republican ticket wrapped up, and his "tough as nails" demeanor is poised to give Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama a run for their money. But
when he announced his candidacy last year, McCain received some opposition over his age. Even Actor Chuck Norris said that McCain was "too old" to be president. Battling back, McCain
declared, "I'm going to send my 95-year-old mother to wash Chuck Norris' mouth out with soap."
Similarly when a school student challenged McCain's age, saying he "might die in office or get Alzheimer's" McCain quipped, "Thank you for that question young man, you're drafted!"
Clearly, if elected, John McCain will be ruling with great force and fortitude, so a Metal Bed (http://www.home-and-bedroom.com/beds-metal-beds.html) may be the perfect complement to his commanding style.
Home and Bedroom Furniture carries a wide range of Presidential Quality metal beds, platform beds, headboards (http://www.home-and-bedroom.com/headboards.html), Queen and King Size Beds among which the 2008 Presidential Hopefuls will find a
great escape from a day of campaigning. With manufacturers like Fashion Bed Group, Hillsdale Furniture and Lifestyle Solutions they offer both conservative and liberal tickets a chance to
rest after a tough Caucus.
