Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man Collaborates on Kids and Strangers Safety DVD



Richard Mudrinich, Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man, is collaborating with various organizations to distribute the "Kids & Strangers" family child safety DVD to educate and protect children and families from abduction and molestation. Over 700,000 times a year, a juvenile is abducted in America (2,000 child abductions in America every day). In 80% of abductions by strangers, the first contact occurs within a quarter of a mile from the child's home. In many cases, the abduction does too. Every family in America has a 1 in 3 risk of suffering a kidnapping while their children are growing up. Therefore, Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man wants to rescue kids and families from abduction and molestation.

The entertainment industry Stars have signed onto the "Kids and Strangers" not-for-profit child safety DVD project. It was announced that Henry Simmons ("SHARK,"NYPD Blue"), Daryl Sabara ("SPY KIDS" I, II, III) and Cristina Perez ("Judge Cristina"- FOX TV) have joined the cast of "Kids & Strangers" a community/child safety DVD.

This one-hour program was produced in partnership with the National Missing Children's Locate Center and with assistance from the FBI, Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Nashville/Metro Police Department "Child Crimes Unit" and many other departments and experts. This project was funded by 25 law enforcement associations and unions including: National Tactical Officers Association, International Association of Women Police, National Narcotics Officers Alliance Coalition and others.

In a recent radio interview, "Kids and Strangers" producer Allan Nadohl was quoted as saying that, "The parents must get involved with their children to see how to prevent these crimes. 'Kids & Strangers' is a great tool as it covers abductions, molestations by strangers, acquaintances and internet predators."
