AA Storage Ben White Launches New Interactive Website

AA Storage @ Ben White, a locally owned and managed public storage unit facility located in Austin, Texas, offering climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage solutions, just launched their new content-rich interactive website featuring helpful storage and packing tips, an easy reserve-a-unit form, an interactive blog, and a seven unit size illustrated comparison chart.

Formally Cypress Storage, this Austin-based storage facility was recently bought out and renamed AA Storage @ BenWhite by Paul Darden in November 2008, a well-known and respected dealmaker in the southwest and Texas storage brokerage, management, and development community. He started the marketing and branding efforts by renaming the facility for the road on which it is located, Ben White Boulevard.

With his years of storage development and storage facility marketing experience, Darden instinctively knew the business needed a web presence to complement their other offline marketing efforts such as postcard offers. Less than a month after ownership changed hands AA Storage @ Ben White contracted the services of Houston-based web design company.

Inovast Concepts. This is the third of three storage facility websites Inovast Concepts has created for the Paul Darden Company. They have also provided web designs and print collateral for known organizations and businesses such as the North Texas Polo Club, Nu Body of Dallas, Quest Logistics, and dozens of others since 1997. The design was created to consistently match AA Storage @ Ben White'ss onsite brand identity and signage.

The new website advertises a special offer to new and potential AA Storage @ Ben White storage residents, get your 2nd month of storage free. Along with many other differentiating amenities and benefits such as: no deposits, discounts for long term rental, late night and all day delivery acceptance, and seven days a week access, the facility is also planning for even more remodeling and improvements during 2009. Unlike many storage unit facilities in the Austin area, AA Storage @ Ben White also provides long term car, RV, boat, even limo storage.

Carolyn Taylor is the onsite manager for AA Storage @ Ben White and has been living on the Austin storage property since November 2008. She has been in storage management for a number of years and has noticed a new stream of customers since the launch of the new interactive website and the marketing efforts surrounding it.

The website does not only act as as on online brochure, but also offers true value to potential customers or anyone wanting to research moving and storage in general. Several moving and storage tips appear on the website along with full blown articles on their blog with subjects such as: How to Store Clothes without Damage and How to Choose the Right Storage Company. There are even plans to eventually add videos and guided tours to the website. In the meantime, AA Storage at Ben White'ss staff and management looks forward to pleasing their new customers and clients in 2009.
