CARDBOARDESIGN and PRINTICON Join Together for Holiday Demonstrations...



CARDBOARDESIGN and PRINTICON has teamed up with local emerging artists (internationally recognized) Laurance Rasson and Josh Larson to use our furniture as their canvases.



December 2

CARDBOARDESIGN and PRINTICON will show how to hand-collage onto the furnitureusing leaves , fine papers and photos using materials that work best.CARDBOARDESIGN will also be showing how to waterproof your furniture.



December 9

CARDBOARDESIGN and PRINTICON will be show casing the artwork of Josh Larson. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts, and along with being an Art Director and Graphic Designer, he paints landscapes in a highly unusual way. The painting appear as different paintings as your distanceincreases or decreases. From a distance you see the landscape but up close well you just have to come and see for yourself.

PRINTICON is the exclusive retail outlet for cardboardesign (http://printicon.com). It is the store where fine paper meets fine printing. They carry a wide range of unique handmade paper s and gifts items.



As most of the world has gone high tec in the printing world PRINTICON has not lost the art of fine hand printing.They have held onto and invested in older presses such as letter and engraving presses. We are sure they are the only store around that has a 30 foot purple engraving press fondly referred to as Barney in the window.
