McHenry County Business Journal Highlights Huntley Realty Broker Owner...

The real estate market in Huntley, Ill., is going strong despite rumors of a national cool down. Just ask Huntley Realty Broker Owner Tom Hall, who was recently featured in the McHenry County Business Journal with an article titled "Hall Not Afraid to Pursue His Dreams." "It's an exciting time here in Huntley," Hall says about the Illinois real estate industry. "Home sales and home values in Huntley continue to rise as the city continues toward its projected economic and residential growth. Even though the national real estate market has been facing hard times, I'm not surprised at all that Huntley's market is as strong as it is".



In 2005 The Huntley Real Estate market showed an average of 79 days on the market and average sale price of $261,270. Year to date for 2006, the Huntley Real Estate market is showing an average of 85 days on the market and an average price of $270,577.



Two new commercial/retail developments have been approved to enter the route 47 corridor in Huntley, featuring Home Depot and Wal-Mart. Preliminary plans have also been approved for two METRA stations in Huntley as well.



The Business Journal interviewed Hall, who shared the accomplishments and highlights of his experience in the Illinois real estate business.



Hall began his career in Real Estate in Huntley, Ill., selling homes at Del Webb Sun City Huntley. Today, he has 13 years experience selling homes in Huntley, with an office located at one of the busiest intersections in Huntley -- Del Webb Boulevard and Route 47, across from the main entrance to Del Webb Sun City Huntley.
