Resort to Resort, an exclusive Homeowner exchange network developed by Intrawest, announced today that it has partnered with DayStar Properties in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica.

DayStar Properties is a leading condo developer and vacation rental firm in Costa Rica. Based in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica's largest beach town and the closest resort to its capital San Jose, DayStar Properties is a market leader in beachfront condominium sales and rentals on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. With seven beachfront condominium projects and several more planned for the future.

"We are thrilled to have DayStar Properties join our network of exchange properties. These types of partnerships are win win as both companies are in growing stages," says Dean Kneider, director of Resort to Resort. "As resort real estate continues to grow and value added partnerships like these are offered, resort home owners get an opportunity to expand their global footprint of their secondary home ownership with DayStar."

"Partnering with Resort to Resort is an exciting opportunity to offer our condominium owners the option to explore other destinations within the Intrawest network," says Peter Van Hussen, general manager of DayStar Properties. "While Costa Rica is a beautiful and world renowned eco-destination, we welcome this unique partnership which leverages the exclusiveness of DayStar condo ownership to gain reciprocal access to other quality tourist destinations."
