Now that summer is officially here, this will be the perfect time for residents of the waterfront property community to enjoy walking, hiking, and cycling down this beautiful system of trails.

This unique trail system, estimated to be 3.5 kilometers in length, has been highly anticipated. Mystic Beach is a stunning waterfront property located on Lac la Biche Lake in Alberta, Canada. It is a 99 lot subdivision that features 60 one acre lots and 39 two acre lots.
