May 24, 2005 -- Sheraton Hong Kong appoints Mr. Jason S Nandwani as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage effective now. Jason reports directly to Ms. Elaine Joe, Director of Food and
Beverage and assists her in the overall staffing; training; budgeting; and the operational and administrative tasks of the F & B Department.
Jason graduated from the Cesar Ritz Hotel Management School in Switzerland with a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management in 1996. He was also awarded a Certificate in Food and Beverage
Operations from Institute Hotelier "Cesar Ritz" Switzerland. Jason had won the Floor Supervisor Award and the Public Speaking Award from the above Institute in June 1996.
Prior to joining Sheraton Hong Kong, Jason was the Food and Beverage Manager at the Le Meridien at Angkor, Cambodia where he was responsible for the pre-opening of the Food and Beverage
outlets. Prior to that, he was with the Mandarin Oriental, Macau as Beverage and Bars Manager. From 1998- April 2000, Jason was the Assistant Restaurant Manager of the Clipper Lounge at
the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
Leveraging his extensive hotel experience, the appointment of Jason shall bring great value to the growth and development of the Sheraton Hong Kong.
