Travelpro Acquires Atlantic Luggage and Austin House Travel Accessories



8211;- Travelpro International, Inc., announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement for the purchase of Airways Industries and Austin House Travel Accessories, headquartered in Ellwood City, PA. Airways Industries designs and distributes Atlantic Luggage worldwide. The Canadian operations will be handled by Holiday Group, Inc., based in Montreal, Canada.
