Arbita Appendant Marketing Group Sign Letter of Intent



Arbita, the Minneapolis Internet Recruitment Powerhouse, has signed a definitive letter of intent to purchase selected assets of Indianapolis-based Appendant Marketing Group, LLC. The asset purchase will close on or before June 30, 2008. Under the terms of the agreement, key personnel from Appendant will join Arbita in management roles.

Brandon Corbin will join Arbita as Director of Marketing following closing of the asset purchase. Mark Anderson will serve as Arbita's Vice President of Sales on an interim basis effective immediately, and will continue in that role when the asset purchase is completed.
