Capital H Group Acquires UKbased Centre for High Performance Development...

Capital H Group, a rapidly expanding consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, has acquired the UK-based Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD). Capital H Group, established four years ago, recently closed another round of private equity funding and is building a consulting firm through acquisitions and organic growth to help companies create more value - through their people - for better business results. The acquisition of CHPD, a specialist leadership and management training consultancy headquartered in London, is an important first step into global expansion for Capital H Group.

Through the acquisition, Capital H Group will be able to offer clients a rigorous and validated methodology to help corporate leaders drive better performance. CHPD, in turn, will be able to offer its clients the complementary portfolio of talent-related services - including change management, workforce planning, performance management and HR process improvement - that Capital H Group offers.

Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. CHPD will continue to operate under its name as a division of Capital H Group in the UK. Efforts to broadly introduce CHPD's offerings in the U.S. are slated for next year.
