Beckett to the position of Vice President of Product and Basak Ozer to the position of Vice President of Business Development. Both Beckett, from Wellesley, Mass., and Ozer, from Cambridge, Mass., will be based out of the Company'ss Southborough office.
A human resources technology industry veteran who brings nearly 20 years of HR software and services product management and marketing leadership to Globoforce, Beckett will lead the
company'ss product strategy initiatives, aligning them closely with the company'ss aggressive global business development plan. Ozer brings 15 years of diverse high-technology business
and executive management experience to Globoforce. With a proven background in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning, Ozer will lead Globoforce'ss efforts
in exploring new and expanded market opportunities to strengthen the Company'ss position as the global leader in the strategic employee recognition management industry.
Grant brings an incredible depth of knowledge and experience in HR software-related technologies and products to Globoforce, having previously led these functions at such industry leading
companies as Fidelity HR Services, Kenexa, Workscape and PeopleSoft, said Eric Mosley, CEO, Globoforce. Basak has held many key senior leadership roles in both business development and
consulting at global technology companies like Honeywell, Tele Atlas and Quattro Wireless. She and Grant will work closely with me and the management team to ensure the Company
capitalizes on key business development initiatives that will keep Globoforce on its continued track record of growth and remain the leading innovator in the strategic recognition

Beckett, whose career spans across multiple facets of product marketing and positioning and sales messaging, most recently served as Vice President of Product Management for HR
Outsourcing at Fidelity where he launched the new business unit to provide outsourced HR services to mid-sized US-based multi-national companies. Previously, Beckett drove product
strategy, messaging and the product roadmap for Kenexa as the company'ss Vice President of Product Strategy and Alliances. During this time, Beckett was responsible for Kenexa'ss human
capital management (HCM) products, including applicant tracking, performance/compensation management, behavioral/skills testing, and employee surveys. Beckett was also an integral part of
Webhire during its acquisition by Kenexa, where he managed the company'ss product strategy and product rollout schedule that resulted in a 205-percent increase in average contract value
of deals, and significantly higher customer retention. He has also held senior leadership positions at Innovative Business Solutions, PeopleSoft, Evolve and i-Open.
As Director, Business Development for Europe and Asia at Honeywell, Ozer developed and executed strategic plans for market expansion into those regions, directing new business
development, product strategy, and licensing of intellectual property and enabling technologies. She was promoted to the position of Global Business Unit Director for a newly acquired
sensor business at Honeywell, establishing growth objectives for its worldwide affiliates, resulting in a 32-percent increase in qualified leads. She was also a venture team member at
Honeywell, leading an acquisition as general manger, post-transaction. Ozer went on to hold senior leadership positions at Tele Atlas, which was acquired by TomTom, and Quattro Wireless.
Beckett started his career at Accenture and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Virginia. Ozer, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt,
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a master of business administration degree from Michigan State University.
