About the speakers:

Greg Darnley is a Managing Director at HCR Software. An engineer by training (Masters of Electrical Engineering, University of Louisville), Greg has close to twenty-five years of experience in the field of automated compensation [http://compensationxl.com/specs.html and performance systems, starting Meidinger, Inc. and later Mercer. Michael L.
