Halogen is Recognized as Industry Leader by Independent Research Firm...

Halogen Software Inc., the award winning provider of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) software announced that in its recent study, independent research firm Bersin and Associates has identified Halogen as the EPM leader with the largest number of live client sites. The Performance Management 2006: Market Analysis, Trends, Best Practices, and Vendor Profiles study examined the performance management market, its business drivers and adoption trends, and profiled 21 performance and talent management vendors.

Bersin and Associates estimates that the quickly emerging EPM market is at $136M in license revenue today and will grow 40 percent over the coming year, based on purchasing plans and vendor estimates. Only a fraction of the potential EPM market has been penetrated. Of those organizations surveyed, only 11 percent have vendor-provided solutions; 41 percent of these implementations have occurred within the last year.



Building on its incredible growth in 2005, Halogen's8217;s first quarter of 2006 produced its best quarterly revenue ever, with year-over-year customer growth of 96 percent. At the end of this 10th consecutive record quarter, Halogen had over 400 clients. Halogen continues to gain market share, far outpacing analyst predictions for industry growth.
