New Tenured Executives at Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp.

Denver, CO July 25, 2006 -- Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp. announced the appointment of two strong, leaders who will continue to grow Spectrum. Sybll Romley has been appointed to CEO and president, and Matt Keitlen has been promoted to executive vice president and COO of Spectrum. Their new roles will be effective Sept. 1, 2006.

For over two decades, Romley and Keitlen have been instrumental in the growth and prosperity of Spectrum.

Keitlen has been actively involved with Spectrum since 1992. As a key contributor to the organization, Matt has provided leadership and direction to the service, support and development groups.
