Wild Outdoor Adventures Expands South America Marketing

January 5, 2005 -- Wild Outdoor Adventures, of Portland Oregon, the hunting and adventure tourism company, recently entered into a joint marketing campaign with one of the best wingshooting lodges in South America.

Vicky Orden, who heads the company's South American region, was the key marketing representative in working out the new opportunities of its joint marketing agreement and expanded wingshooting programs throughout Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia. Wild Outdoor Adventures has offered hunting and adventure tourism to Argentina and now will be able to market additional upscale lodges in Argentina. Vicky Orden also brought in new lodges in both Uruguay and Bolivia to offer a wider range of interest in South America to wingshooters.

Fishing trips was also of concern to Orden who wants to expand the target market from hunters to include fishermen and other adventure tourism markets.

Timing for USA hunters to travel to South America has never been better. Because of the decline of the currencies in South Amercia, particularly Argentina, and now with the dollar to peso advantages of almost 3 to 1, it could be the best time for American hunters to explore Argentina and other South American wingshooting and fishing destinations.

Wild Outdoor Adventures will begin its 2005 trade show season in Reno, Nevada at the Safari Club International Convention starting January 26, 2005. The new South American wingshooting, fishing and other adventure programs will be presented at the shows.
