Improved Vacuum Drying Time and Automation with the SVO501 Make for...

Recognizing the market's demand for vacuum drying tailored to a customer's unique requirements, Cascade TEK engineers decided to reevaluate their mid-sized vacuum oven design. The major focus was on improving temperature uniformity and automating the drying process for ease of use and consistent batch quality.

Cascade TEK's new SVO-501, a five cubic foot vacuum drying oven, has improved temperature uniformity to +/-3% of the user set point. Along with automated execution process, it results in improved drying time and consistent bake-out results.

SVO-501 vacuum ovens offer digital independent over-temperature control and protection, built-in serial communication outputs for both temperature and vacuum. Push button execution and smart relay controls and alarms provide a user-friendly interface and notify the operator if required specifications are not being met.
