Young people work together to produce Internet movies. Teenagers from the Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst and Camberley areas were the first to submit their entries for a competition
being held at theaubergineroom internet & gaming centre in Crowthorne. The young people had been set the challenge of producing an original piece of work, which must be filmed and set
at the Crowthorne centre. Equipment was made available to the young film-makers, although some chose to film their work using their mobile phones. Free time and assistance was provided
for the entrants to upload their films to social networking sites such as YouTube and Google Videos. After filming, the work of the budding directors was shown on the large plasma screen
for everyone present to watch. The competition runs for four weeks and the winners will be announced at the end of September with the two best entries each winning a Jackass DVD boxed
set.
