KALET retains Caliber Advisors in sale of joint venture interests in VDC-Net2E joint venture to drive portal on-line gaming content in Vietnam.

KALET Co., Ltd., a global marketing and consulting firm based in Seoul, Korea has retained Caliber Advisors, Inc. of Del Mar, California to assist in the sale of a portion of their equity interest in VDC-Net2E to a strategic investor.

VDC-Net2E is a joint venture between KALET, the Vietnam Data Communications Company (VDC), a state-owned company under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, and three local partners to establish and govern on-line game content, music, e-learning, and other Internet related content in the fast growing Vietnamese market.

Given the growth in Internet usage in Vietnam through advanced IT infrastructure development, and the popularity of on-line gaming in Asia, KALET and the VDC believe it would be advantageous to the joint venture to expand its ownership to include other companies that actively participate in select market segments.
