Shanghai, PRC April 25, 2008 -- Leading firms and individuals within the dynamic real estate markets in the Asia Pacific Region gathered April 10, 2008 in Shanghai PRC to witness the anticipated celebration.

Mr. Craig Smith, Publisher and founder of AsiaCRE.com a leading commercial real estate media firm and organizers of high-impact events and conferences throughout the world, commented on this year's event, "the atmosphere was electric as representatives from leading real estate firms mixed during the VIP reception. This marked our second annual event and the guests were not disappointed as the ceremonies revealed this year's winners.
