The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund has officially approved Privacy Networks as a participant in the E-Rate program and granted them a SPIN number. School districts have been barraged by an onslaught of management headaches that arise from the need to archive, search and retrieve communications that are hosted by the district.
