Jamie Cole was inducted into Road of Life's8217;s Board of Directors following a vote on September 11, 2006. Jamie is currently the owner and director of Camp Robin Hood, a traditional
summer camp for children ages 7-15. Camp Robin Hood's8217;s mission is to provide a nurturing environment for children, allowing them to build lasting friendships. This summer, 370
children attended the camp, which is located in New Hampshire.
An avid exerciser, Jamie not only encourages physical activity among the children at Camp Robin Hood, but also imparts her enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition to her charges. In fact,
Jamie, who has completed the New York Marathon and was an aerobics instructor for 21 years, seeks to instill healthy life habits in everyone who crosses her path. Now, Jamie brings her
passion for exercise and nutrition to Road of Life.
Jamie previously held positions in advertising and marketing, beginning her professional career at Liggett-Stashower, a communications firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Jamie then went on to
become head of the Motor Sports Division for the International Marketing Group (IMG), a global marketing firm which serves clients in the areas of sports, entertainment and media.
As a member of Road of Life's8217;s Board of Directors, Jamie hopes to play an active role in Road of Life's8217;s expansion. As a member of the American Camping Association, Jamie is a
strong advocate for the inclusion of health programs in summer camps, and she plans to encourage Road of Life's8217;s work with camps.
