New TrafficFlow Manager Works with Traffic Signal Timing toEliminate...

A similar program in Austin Texas saved commuters 2.3 million hours of their time and 1.2 million gallons of fuel usage.

The key is ensuring that drivers understand that the lights are timed and what speed to travel in order to take advantage of the arrangement.
