Don W. Weekley, Jr. is the manager/principal of Innovative Management Services, L.L.C. in Metairie, Louisiana. He is a risk management consultant to major U.S. trucking companies,
overseeing insurance, claims handling, and litigation management. Mr. Weekley attended Tulane University, the University of Maryland, and Yale University.
