The Guru Awards contest provides them an opportunity to compete for fame and fortune while sharing their contributions with Articulate users.
Articulate users can submit content using any combination of Articulate Studio 's09 (http://www.articulate.com/products/studio.php) authoring tools: Articulate Presenter 's09, Articulate Quizmaker 's09, and/or Articulate Engage 's09. There'ss no limit to the number of entries, which can be existing content or created specifically for the competition.
Entries will be judged based on:
- Effective use of Studio 's09 products and features
- Effectiveness of course content to transfer knowledge
- Use of compelling media (graphics, audio, video, etc.)
- Broad use of authoring tool features
- Bonus for integrating Presenter 's09, Quizmaker 's09, and Engage 's09 into one course, but we'sll also accept courses authored using a single Articulate tool or combination of our products
Winners will be announced at a special live Articulate event on March 9, 2009. Prizes include:
- Grand Prize: $1,500
- 2nd Prize: $500
- 3rd Prize: $250
All prize winners will also receive two free licenses of Articulate Rapid E-Learning Studio 's09 Pro (a $3,800 value) to be donated to the school or charity of their choice and will be featured on the Articulate website.
