Rogers Townsend Thomas Shareholder Richard M Unger to Facilitate SC Law of Encumbrance Seminar



May 11, 2005 -- The law firm of Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC is pleased to announce that Richard M. Unger will be featured as a facilitator for "South Carolina Law of Encumbrance: Easements & Rights of Way." The seminar will be offered in Columbia, SC at the Clarion Town House Hotel at 1615 Gervais Street on Thursday, July 21, and in Charleston, SC at the Mills House Hotel at 115 Meeting Street on Friday, July 22. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Tuition cost is $249 per person, which includes a seminar manual. This program is offered through the Professional Education Systems Institute (PESI), and South Carolina attorneys, land surveyors, and professional engineers can receive continuing education credit for participation. Mr. Unger is a Senior Shareholder and head of Rogers Townsend & Thomas' Real Estate Section, where he concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate development and zoning variances, wills, probate, and small business formation.
