Find out on 20th June 2005 in Toronto. The Tribunal Superior Justice, Superior Court Of Justice, Court House, 361 University Avenue will listen to the attorney of the Public Prosecution of Ontario who has presented a demand to that effect. Court File No. 108-04.

The Canadian authorities are proceeding with execution of a request from the US for assistance in the case of Robert C. Keeney et. al. Part of that request consists of interviewing Mr. David Melnik QC, a retired attorney that is domiciled in Toronto, and dealt with the subjects that are the objets of the investigation.

The Canadian authorities have obtained an order to interview Mr. Melnik, but he has refused to respond to the questions - which are protected by professional secrecy (attorney-client secrecy).

Consequently it is necessary to take this question before justice to obtain a ruling of a Tribunal Superior Justice. The attorney of the Public Prosecution of Ontario has presented a demand to that effect that is anticipated for the 20th June 2005 - in Toronto.
