Bert C. Cozart, Esq., CPA resigned as in-house counsel for Optima Technology Corporation on July 16, 2005.

August 6, 2005 -- Bert C. Cozart, Esq., CPA had previously acted as in-house counsel for Optima Technology Corporation, one of the world's leaders in software encryption technology and software. Unfortunately, certain disagreements recently arose between Mr. Cozart and Optima and, as a result thereof, Mr. Cozart resigned via a letter faxed to Robert Adams, Optima's CEO, on July 16, 2005. Mr. Cozart remarked that, "It is unfortunate that I had to resign. I wish these disagreements had not arisen, but they did and, as an attorney, I had no choice. I wish the company all the best."
