John C Donch Jr Elected Shareholder at Volpe and Koenig
Volpe and Koenig announced the election of John C. Donch Jr. as shareholder. Mr. Donch focuses his practice on assisting clients with securing, managing, and capitalizing on their intellectual property assets.
His practice includes domestic and foreign intellectual property matters with an emphasis on IP portfolio development and management, client counseling, clearance and infringement opinions, and due diligence, especially in the electrical arts. Mr. Donch has substantial domestic and foreign patent prosecution experience in the electrical arts of wireless communications, computers, computer software, and electronics.
Mr. Donch is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States District Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Drexel University and the Widener University School of Law.
