Los Angeles, CA () February 9, 2007 -- Brandy Norwood is now facing a second, far more dramatic lawsuit filed on behalf of the children of 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj, who sustained fatal injuries when Norwood rear-ended her on December 30, 2006 on the San Diego freeway in Los Angeles. The lawsuit was filed today in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Van Nuys LC077054), and seeks unspecified damages from Norwood.

In the mid 1990s, both attorneys also worked on behalf of the plaintiffs in the now famous Erin Brockovich case, which resolved for more than $300M.
