Respected Las Vegas lawyer Aaron D. Lovaas has formed the new law firm of Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C. as of June 1, 2008. Prior to the formation of Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C., Lovaas was a shareholder with the firm of Shimon & Lovaas, A Professional Corporation for four (4) years. As a principal of the new law firm of Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C., Lovaas will continue to represent a robust group of business clients, drawing upon the niche business law practice that he has developed over the past thirteen (13) years.

Lovaas and the firm focus their practice on every aspect of business litigation and continually expand their transactional practice as well. Lovaas, who also holds a Master's in Business Administration, routinely represents clients in matters involving the formation and maintenance of business entity ventures, business and ownership transition planning, as well as strategic planning with clients with the goal of avoiding future controversies, litigation and other legal challenges. Lovaas represents a diverse group of clients ranging from construction companies to nightclubs; Fortune 500 companies to small business owners and individuals from all walks of life.

Aaron Lovaas is a Las Vegas native, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1992. Lovaas obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law in 1995, followed by his Master's in Business Administration from UNLV in 2002. Lovaas was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 1995 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2000. Lovaas received his Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002 and practices primarily in the areas of business related litigation, representing night clubs and entertainment venues, corporations, business owners, banks, construction companies, land developers, and individuals.
