Orlando Attorney Lectures On Criminal Appellate Process

On Thursday, November 20th, 2008, criminal defense attorney (http://www.mlhorwitzlaw.com/) Cassandra Snapp of The Law Offices of Mark L. Horwitz, P.A., presented a lecture entitled Overview of the Criminal Appellate Process. This fifty minute presentation was part of a seminar; Appeals and Extraordinary Writs for the Criminal Law Practitioner put on by the Orange County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee. The seminar was held at the Orange County Bar Association located in Orlando, Florida and attended by many members of the Orange County Bar.

Cassandra Snapp served for many years as a law clerk for the Fourth District Court of Appeal and has also handled appeals for the Orange County Public Defenders Office.
