International law firm Salans LLP has advised EDI Exploration Drilling International GmbH (EDI) on its listing on the American stock exchange OTC BB.



Within an exchange agreement of shares, the corporation Invision Capital Inc. (Invision), already listed on the American stock exchange OTC BB, obtained all shares in EDI from the sole shareholder EDI Exploration Drilling International Holding GmbH (EDI Holding). In return, EDI Holding received 70 Mio. shares and now holds nearly 70% of Invision.



Berlin office Partner, accountant and tax consultant Andreas Ziegenhagen and lawyer Dirk Schoene are already advising EDI on the worldwide development of the technologies of EDI into new markets as well as on the design of cooperation agreements with a multiplicity of contractual partners worldwide.
