Chell serves on the board of directors of Primedia Inc. and also serves as a consultant to Primedia. Before retiring in June 2006, she held several positions at Primedia, a company she
co-founded in 1989, including vice chairman, chief financial officer, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to that, she served as general counsel for Macmillan Inc. Chell also serves on
the board of Penton Business Media and SpaFinder Inc. and holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from New York Law School, and an L.L.M. from New York University Law
School.
