Drucker Falk LLC is 37th Largest Apartment Manager



May 1, 2005 -- Drucker & Falk, LLC was recently named by the National Multi Housing Council as the 37th largest apartment management firm in the nation. The Newport News, Virginia based company-which has a large regional office in Raleigh, NC as well as regional offices in Atlanta, GA and Orlando, FL-has seen a tremendous increase in managed multifamily residential units in the last twelve months. The firm currently manages nearly 27,000 units, securing its place on the Top 50 list.



Drucker & Falk's extensive portfolio stretches from Northern Virginia through Florida, with the greatest concentration of units in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and the Research Triangle (Raleigh/Durham) region of North Carolina.



Recent additions to the management portfolio include The Cosmopolitan, an exciting high rise apartment building currently in development in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The "Top 50 Apartment Managers" rankings are published annually by the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC.) Based in Washington, DC, NMHC is a leading advocacy and strategic consultant to the apartment industry.The council concentrates its efforts on public policies related to housing policy, finance, tax, technology, property management, environmental issues and building codes.
